What if I want a custom order for a special occassion? TOP
If you don't find a design or something that you like. Feel free to send us an e-mail and maybe we can find it for you. There are so many new ideas that it may be something we can add in the future. We'd love to hear from you! If I have a Theme for a upcoming Baby Shower, can I try to customize something to match it? TOP
Sure, if you have a Nursery Theme or the link to the Bedding send us an e-mail with the link and we'll be glad to work with you to match it as best as we can. If we can't do it, we'll be glad to let you know and try to come up with some suggestions. We want you to be pleased! What are your shipping costs? TOP
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. We ship using either USPS or UPS carrier services. Please keep in mind that since most items are custom made you'll need to allow for a inhouse production time of 7 to 10 Business Days, in addition to the actual shipping time. Effective August 16, 2007, We are now using USPS and UPS current shipping rates. Your shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on your Country, Zip or Postal Code and the Weight of your items purchased. Click on the Order Tracking link located on the left hand side. Enter the email address used when you purchased your products, along with your order number, to view your order details. If your order has been shipped your tracking information will be located at the bottom. What if the incorrect information or spelling was given by the customer? TOP
If a item is personalized with the incorrect spelling based on the information given by the customer. The customer must repurchase the item at full price before it will be corrected. If the incorrect spelling is due to an error on our part it will be corrected at no extra cost to you. Do your prices include the Embroidery or Monogramming? TOP
Yes, all of our items include the cost of the Embroidery or Personalization. If there are any additional costs you will see the amounts listed next to the options that you select. How do your Shirt Sizes run? TOP
Our Toddler Tees run very true to size. Their made of 100% Cotton so please make sure that you measure your child for proper fit. If your child is close to moving up in size then I would suggest that you select the next size up. Take into consideration the seasons as well. What types of Stabilizers do you use? TOP
Most of our items are stitched using a Tear Away stabilizer. Meaning that after the stitching is complete the stabilizer is then torn away. There are only a few things that we use Cut-Away stabilizers on but none of them are clothing items. We don't want our items to appear bulky or feel scratchy against your childs skin.
We also use a water soluble stabilizer which is used for items such as Towels, Bibs, and Blankets. Although we try to remove every piece of it after the stitching is completed, there may be times when it can't all be removed. Once the item is washed it will dissolve completely. |
